30 days free trial

Your first 30 days are free on any plan, no credit card is required and you can switch plan types as many times as you like during this period. To continue using the service after 30 days you will need to enter a valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard) before you trial period expires.

You can enter your credit card at any point during the free trial and it won't be charged until your trial period is over. On the 31st day after signup your credit card will be charged for the following 30 days. If you do not enter a valid credit card before your free trial expires your account will automatically be downgraded to the Free plan which may mean some loss of data.

How do I cancel my account?

Cancelling is quick and easy. Simply log into your account and select the “Account” link (found on the top of your Dashboard). From here select the "Your Plan" tab and click the “Please cancel my account” link. Once you cancel you won't be charged again.

If you cancel part way through a month your account access will terminate immediately and all data associated with your account will be deleted. You will not be charged again and no refunds will be given for the remaining paid-up time. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service or refunds for months unused with an open account.

Can I upgrade/downgrade my account?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your account plan at any time. We'll prorate your account immediately.

For example, if you've signed up for S plan at $9/mo and decide to upgrade to the M plan at $19/mo subscription halfway through the month. We'll give you $4.50 credit for the current subscription and a $9.50 charge for the new subscription, thus billing you $5 for the upgrade. When the subscription renews at the end of the month, it will renew at $19.
