We also help our team run meetups (Triangirls, London Support Lab, Women Who Go) and events (Code In The Dark), and support Code Your Future, an organisation teaching refugees to code.
We’re a tight-knit team. On Fridays, we come together or tune-in remotely to share our ‘wins’ for the week: projects we’ve completed, lessons we’ve learned, or something we’ve built. Socials, trips, volunteering, in-office yoga and workshops connect us too. In the London HQ, we also eat lunch together and on Fridays we pick a new restaurant and Geckoboard cater lunch for the whole team.
