What Aircall metrics can I track?

Our Aircall data source supports common metrics like number of calls, call duration, wait time and agent availability. These can be broken out by different time periods (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 days right through to This Year), and filtered for specific agents, numbers, call directions, statuses and more. The best way to check if a specific metric is supported by our integration is to try it for yourself. Alternatively, ask our friendly support team.

What sort of dashboards can I create?

Geckoboard is ideal for creating an up-to-date view of metrics you, your team or stakeholders should be regularly monitoring, which can include data from several sources.
