Agent replies, internal comments and agent updates added to our Zendesk Support data source

Our Zendesk Support data source now includes several more highly-requested metrics:

  • Agent replies: Track the number of agent replies over a period of time, across the whole team or broken out by individual agent
  • Internal comments: The number of internal comments applied to tickets over time
  • Agent updates: Monitor the number of agent updates over time, aggregated or broken out by individual agents
