It depends on the source and metric. Most integrations refresh automatically every few minutes. Where real-time is essential, and it’s technically possible, we update within a few seconds. All our plans include our fastest updates.
Yes. TV dashboards are where we started out, and unlike most other dashboard software our dashboards can be read from across the room. Any TV works with off-the-shelf hardware, it just needs to run a modern web browser. You can even remotely manage the dashboards your wallboards display from within Geckoboard. We work with digital signage software, but that’s only necessary if you have very complex needs that go beyond displaying KPIs.

Share a link that works in any browser, no login required. We don’t charge for view-only users, so you can also give as many people a login as you need. You can also send automatic snapshots to Slack, Microsoft Teams, or email on a schedule you set.

Yes. Every data source is different, so we’ll need to investigate what’s possible via its API before we can quote. For existing integrations, if you need an extra metric or a bespoke calculation, we can often turn these around quickly for Performance and Enterprise customers, depending on complexity.
Yes. Maybe you have two teams using HubSpot, or you’re managing multiple Zendesk accounts? With Geckoboard you can connect to as many accounts from the same service as you need, and we don’t charge for connections.
